Return & Refund Policy – Rajesh Dhoop

As a policy, Rajesh Dhoop discourages any return and refund requests.

However, the customer shall be eligible to receive a refund under the following conditions:

  • If the package has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, as confirmed by Rajesh Dhoop personnel after thorough evaluation based on quality parameters established by the company, in its sole discretion.

  • If a wrong item has been delivered to the customer that does not match the item for which the customer initiated a transaction on our platform.

  • If Rajesh Dhoop initiates the cancellation of the order due to reasons outlined under the cancellation policy – Cancellation initiated by Rajesh Dhoop – clause 4.

Please note that Rajesh Dhoop does not support the return of any order once delivered, in adherence to our strict hygiene and safety standards. In case any product does not meet customer satisfaction, we recommend discarding the product responsibly in a manner that is environmentally friendly and follows social waste disposal etiquette.

Customers are requested to report any order or product-related concerns within 24 hours of delivery via:

All refund amounts shall be credited to the customer’s account based on the payment method used at the time of order.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • COD is available only for orders up to ₹10,000. If your COD order exceeds this limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.

  • For overseas payments, refunds will be initiated within 15 working days.

Rajesh Dhoop’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
