All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

💸 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

🌍 Delivery Locations

We currently deliver only within India. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delays or delivery issues.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transport delays. In rare cases of courier issues or stock unavailability, customers will be informed promptly.

📦 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. For missing items, report within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
